The Team Finland network in the USA invites Finnish companies and researchers in photonics, quantum technologies, climate solutions, and advanced computation to join a business and research delegation visit to Colorado. The visit will be led by Ambassador Leena-Kaisa Mikkola and offers a unique opportunity to explore one of the most dynamic U.S. regions for science, technology, and innovation.
Organized in cooperation with the Colorado Office of Economic Development (OEDIT), Photonics Finland, the FAME Flagship, and the NSF ASCEND Engine, the visit aims to strengthen partnerships between Finnish and U.S. stakeholders across academia, industry, and government.
The program is aligned with the SPIE Quantum Catalyst Conference in Boulder, bringing together global experts to explore commercial applications of quantum technologies. Learn more at spie.org.
Colorado is home to world-class research institutions including NIST, NCAR, NOAA, and top universities. The state has emerged as a national hub in photonics and quantum, attracting nearly $600 million in private investment since 2020.
